Celebrating Mothers’ Day with family is something that really shows love and appreciation for moms. Also implanting this value in our kids is really important. so that during this family gathering we have to give our kids the opportunity to share in preparing for this celebration.

Here is some easy and delicious recipes for Mothers’ Day Dinner, which your kids can help you preparing all these yummy dishes.

Grilled Chicken Breasts with mayonnaise and ketchup mixture

Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts

4 tablespoons ketchup

 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon soft black pepper

1 teaspoon soft salt

2 tablespoons white vinegar

Small teaspoon soft turmeric

Spoon of ginger

How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients of the mixture well.

Add the mixture to chicken breasts, and leave them in the mixture for at least an hour.

Put the chicken pieces in a tray and enter the oven at medium temperature until reddened.

Cheesy Packed Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

Potatoes with crust
Parsley
Thyme & Rose Marie
Garlic & onion powder
Salt and Pepper
Sweet paprika

Mozzarella Cheese

Small pieces of Bacon beef if desired
Corn oil about a tablespoon.

How to Prepare:

Cut potatoes any size as desired, then put in a bowl, and season with parsley, thyme and garlic or powder onions, add starch and sunflower oil spoon.

Place the potatoes on a tray lined with butter paper.

Put the tray in the oven at 200 degrees to maturity.

Brush with paprika, spread mozzarella cheese, and small pieces of Bacon beef at presentation.

Avocado and Strawberry Salad

Avocado and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients:

50 g of small spinach
40 g strawberry
40 g avocado
20 g blue cheese
Salt as desired
20 g black pepper as desired
20 g of pumpkin seeds
50 ml of vinegar
50 ml of olive oil

How to Prepare:


Wash spinach and dry, and wash strawberries and cut into halves.

Mix the oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper in a bowl, and set aside.

Put the spinach leaves in the serving dish, and then the strawberries and avocados, in addition to the blue cheese.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds and some nuts if desired.

Add the mixture of oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper before serving.

Pomegranate Parfait Cups

Pomegranate Parfait Cups

Ingredients:

2 cups yogurt

2 cup granola

A cup of pomegranate

2 tablespoons white honey

Half cup of nuts and white chocolate chips if desired

How to Prepare:

-Mix yogurt with white honey and part of the pomegranate seeds and stand in the cups of presentation

– Put a layer of granola, then a layer of yogurt mix, then pomegranate seeds, and some nuts if desired.

– Pomegranate seeds are placed on the face and the parfait is served cold.
